- Payment data: billing information processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card details directly
- Communications: emails or messages you send us
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide, operate and improve the AircraftInspecti platform
- Send transactional emails — account confirmations, password resets, invoices
- Send product updates and launch notifications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Analyse usage patterns to improve features and fix issues
- Comply with legal obligations
- Prevent fraud and protect platform security
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU data residency)
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered receipt data extraction
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google Analytics — anonymous website usage analytics
- GoHighLevel — CRM and marketing communications
- Resend / SendGrid — transactional email delivery
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: required for authentication and platform functionality
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website (anonymised)
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete all associated personal data within 30 days. Anonymised usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.
