• Payment data: billing information processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card details directly
• Communications: emails or messages you send us

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, operate and improve the Aircraft Inspecti platform
• Send transactional emails — account confirmations, password resets, invoices
• Send product updates and launch notifications (you can unsubscribe at any time)

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU data residency)
• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered receipt data extraction
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage analytics
• GoHighLevel — CRM and marketing communications
• Resend / SendGrid — transactional email delivery

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

• Essential cookies: required for authentication and platform functionality
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website (anonymised)
